Our Process

Step 1 : Complete the form on our Contact Page for us to gather the information to process your initial inquiry.

Step 2 : We will discuss the scope of your project via phone consultation to better understand the intention of your inquiry and determine the best way to proceed.


Step 3 :  After receiving these details, we book your in-person consultation that will take place at IN|HOUSE. 


Step 4 : Here you will pick through our physical wholesale clothing catalogue to determine the tier of garment for your project. 


Step 5 : Next, we will finalize the specifications of your artwork. We will discuss the Size, Pantone Colours, & Placement of your artwork on each garment. We then determine the best application of your artwork for your garments. The applications that we offer are Single Colour Screen Print, Multi Colour Screen Print, Direct to Garment or Digital Printing, Embroidery, and Patches.


Step 6 : Lastly, we will discuss any remaining details needed to finalize your project. ie Customized Tagging & Labelling, Packaging, Photo & Video process of production, and Photo & Video finished product content.


All details of your project will be laid out and agreed upon mutually prior to providing you with your finalized invoice. Once the invoice has been confirmed, an initial retainer will be paid by the customer for us to begin. The remaining balance will be paid out upon fulfillment of the finished production.
