No Refunds or Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased through InHouseMade.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at inquiries@inhousemade.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty, skincare, wellness)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you still have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law. Within this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.
