Our Process
Step 1: Complete the form on our Contact Page to send us the details of your merchandise project.
Step 2: You will receive our Premium Merchandise Catalogues to review our product offerings and select the styles you would like to use for your merchandise order.
Step 3: We will send you a Merchandise Order Form for you to specify the exact style numbers, colours, quantities, size breakdown, and artwork specifications.
Step 4: Once the Order Form has been filled out, we will provide you with to-scale digital mockups to specify the sizing, placement and application of your artwork along with your final cost per unit for each product.
Step 5: Once the invoice is sent, we take full payment up-front to proceed with your production.
Step 6: The timeline to complete your project is approximately 6 weeks from the date your invoice is paid.
